What an awesome sight! I had thought about standing on top of one of the bridges and taking a few shots as you drove passed. I thought you'd have all been strung out a bit though so decided to go straight to Longbridge instead.

The sky TV cameraman was quite early on, the BBC were a little further up the M40 (IIRC) a great sight though.

2nd car back in lane two
we had two way radios with a 3 mile range at the front and almost at the back and were out of range of each other most of the time. Travelling at 40mph this lot would have taken over 5 minutes to pass this bridge. Thats two solid lanes of British cars for over 5 minutes.

Brilliant pic !!!
It was odd at the front, cos we didn't get the feeling of the number of cars involved - I was concentrating more on Tonynav on his walkie talkie !!!!
